


Northwest Park Management (NPM) operates twenty
five campgrounds under Special Use Permit with the U.S. Forest
Service throughout the Plumas National Forest. Situated on pristine
lakes and rivers at elevations from 2500 to 5000 feet elevation,
we offer the finest in fishing, water skiing, gold panning, swimming,
hiking, biking and horse back riding. Some areas are near to lodges,
restaurants and boat launches. Water and restrooms are available
in all campgrounds and most sites contain a paved parking spur,
picnic table and fire ring. We have campgrounds available for
Tents, RV's and Horsecampers!
NPM has over fifteen years experience in the maintenance and supervision of public facilities in Plumas County, California. We currently operate six campgrounds in Bucks Lake Recreation Area, nine campgrounds in Little GrassValley Recreation Area, five campgrounds in the Feather River Canyon Recreation Area and four campgrounds in the Antelope Lake Recreation Area. All of these areas are under the concessionaire program with the U.S. Forest Service. NPM also operates the Twain General Store and RV Park in the Feather River Canyon and two campgrounds at Sly Creek Reservoir for South Feather Power and Water District. NPM is currently responsible for the maintenence of over 750 campsites and 14 day use areas in 5 recreation areas, hosting over 100,000 visitors to Plumas National Forest annually.
